We identified 30 children from Goitanpur, Charmana Village, in the Khandoghosh Block of Purba Bardhaman District in 2023. These children were academically behind in basic literacy and numeracy skills due to the prolonged COVID-19 lockdown. We established this correctional FLN Centre to uplift these children and mainstream them into the village’s formal primary school.
